Catching Lives II

Catching Lives (Registered Charity No. 1014868) supports people who are homeless or insecurely housed in Canterbury and East Kent.

On 14th August ‘25, we ran a second workshop for 10 individuals experiencing limited access to horticulture due to housing insecurity. Each attendee made the Small Terrarium with materials funded by the Terrapy Pay it Forward Scheme.

As the attendees were experiencing housing insecurity, the charity will accommodate their terrariums until they are housed and able to take them home,. We also explored ways to make terrariums from waste while outdoors.

We donated 10 hours of our time to the project, and absorbed other ancillary costs.
