Hospice in the Weald II

Hospice in the Weald (Registered Charity No. 280276) provides care for patients with terminal illness and support for their loved ones.

We ran a second session with the charity on 24th August ‘23, as it plays an important role within our local community in the High Weald where we are based, and has touched the lives of many people connected with the local businesses we partner with. We therefore want to do more to support them and amplify their impact.

Three patients were also unable to attend our June workshop, leaving unspent budget allocation to the charity from the pay it forward scheme which subsidised this second session. 8 attendees made the Small Terrarium with materials funded by the Terrapy Pay it Forward Scheme.

We donated 10 hours of our time to the project, and absorbed other ancillary costs.
